Product Overview

Developed primarily for coaches supporting competitive Age Group swimmers aged 9–13+, the Pro Coach Deck is the original version of The Swimmer’s Warm Up Deck, refined within the competitive swimming environment it was created to support.

Used across Development, Age Group and Performance squads, it helped shape a shared warm-up structure while giving swimmers greater involvement in organising and leading their routines.

The waterproof, tear-resistant cards are suited to regular squad use, with the Coaching Quick Reference supporting poolside delivery and QR access to the online Exercise Companion Guide providing further guidance on every movement.

The Pro Coach edition is available exclusively to swimming coaches, clubs and recognised coaching organisations. Verification may be required before purchase.
