Created primarily for competitive Age Group swimmers aged 9–13+, the Classic Deck introduces a clear, visual approach to pre-pool warm-ups. It can also support younger swimmers learning the fundamentals and older swimmers who benefit from a structured approach.

Using 44 guided warm-up cards organised across five colour-coded stages, the deck helps swimmers become familiar with different movements and develop a more consistent warm-up routine before training and competition.

The laminated, splash-resistant cards are well suited to swimmers and parents who want to continue learning beyond the pool, using the same visual system at home, before competitions and while travelling.
